This is one of your best works but i think you should enlarge the mouth a lot more since it is in fact the main element of the composition and let the white shapes come from behind the lips...

I love the swirly things near the mouth. Well, the entire design is eyecatching really. Simplistic enough to not hurt the eyes, but enough detail to keep one interested.
